Data

How is the data protected?

All Digital Twin data is securely encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption.

Where is the data stored?

The platform supports several storage options to best fit your environment.

Turnkey Cloud storage.  We provide fully managed secure Cloud storage using either AWS or Azure storage architecture.  We handle all the provisioning, maintenance, and backup of our Cloud storage infrastructure.

Hybrid Cloud Deployment.  Your company provides and manages Cloud storage infrastructure using either AWS or Azure storage.  We will provide the hosted application compute environment and securely access your managed Cloud storage.

On-Premised Deployment. We offer custom built on-premise platform fully deployed behind your secure fire-wall.

What happens to the data when we stop using the platform?

The data is yours. We provide various options to export your data from the platform.  Once you advise that all data has been downloaded, our team will delete all data from the system

Can we add any kind of data(streams)?

Yes, the platform provides full data management capabilities for any data type.  You can upload data from any data source you have including – Drones, Cameras, Badge Units, Unmanned Systems, Robotics, IoT Devices, and Mobile Devices.  The platform also supports many other data formats such as – Autodesk-AutoCAD files (Plot Plans/PNIDs), LiDAR files, Navisworks files, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF files and other non-visual sensor data into your asset mapping and  inspection workflows

Is it expensive to build this?

Not at all. We offer several different pricing models to meet your specific needs. Plans range from simple project based to full enterprise wide platform licensing plans.  We will tailor the system, modules, and services to fit your exact program needs.

Do we need additional hardware or equipment?

There is no additional hardware or equipment required for our turnkey and hybrid cloud solution. Custom on-premise solution may require additional server hardware depending on your requirements.

What is the set-up time?

Our standard turnkey cloud platform and project based environment can be set up within 2 days.

How do you create the 3D visualization of our site?

All Digital Twin processing is performed on secure servers. Additionally, if you have existing digital twin data for your site, they can simply be uploaded to the site for processing and utilized on the platform.

We can also provide data capture services if you have the need to capture Digital Twins for your site.  Our highly trained authorized resources will travel to your location to collect the needed data using aerial based drones and other ground-based methods as required to meet your specifications. The data will then be processed into the digital twins by our in-house Digital Twin Operations Team and placed within the project environment for use.

Can we manage the content ourselves?

Yes, you can fully manage and organize content on the platform.

Do you provide training for our team?

Yes, we offer a wide variety of training options specifically tailored to meet your needs.  These include:

On-line instructor lead training program for new customers.  We provide series of on-line instructor lead training sessions for new customers as well as on-going training classes.  This is intended to familiarize users with the platform and applications.

On-line Learning Management System with training aides.  We provide various training guides and help content materials covering all aspects of the platform.

Professional Services.  We can provide dedicated on-site training services for all aspects of your program.
