Deze strategische overname betekent een krachtige uitbreiding van de business line Technology van RBC Group, die sinds 2012 actief is binnen het concern. Met de toevoeging van VISICS en haar vestigingen in Nederland, India, Australië en de Verenigde Staten, beschikt RBC Group nu over een nog krachtigere internationale dekking en operationele slagkracht.
